Made in a blue, gold and black Tudoresque Mille Fleur cloqué. With its neat structured bodice and high ‘modestino’ collar, princess pinafore style lines flow Into giant inverted pleats to create the compact mini Belle volume.
Three quarter elbow length sleeves with a rounded shoulder line add to the overall diminutive silhouette.
For all its frontal monastic simplicity the real show is behind the scenes. Sixty three Pearl buttons and handmade rouleaux loops traverse the centre back providing the ritual ceremony that comes with wearing this “Robe de Force”.
